The unique collaboration was a featured story on CNN: Friday, Febuary 12th @ 12:45pm
The SMKA Press Release stated: "According to the governing symphony organization, this is the first collaboration of its kind. The collaboration was a result of ASO's Concerts for Young People, a series of programs that focus on integrating the arts into school curriculum with concerts performed by full orchestra. The ASO commissioned Atlanta-based SMKA Productions to create a song that sampled classical music. The piece was performed for a full audience by the ASO and Aleon Craft at the Atlanta Symphony Hall 18 times between October-Febuary 2010."
Also be on the look out for Aleon Craft's mixtape, produced by SMKA, to drop on March 8th.

I think this is interesting but symphony in hip hop isnt new. its normally good for one or 3 tracks but thats about it. but im personally a fan of the strings so i love it. and i know ur partial to Aleon Craft so cool post. also good to see artist explore other genres and leave their comfort zone.
